We have booked special accommodations through a friend's membership with Karisma Resorts. The pricing that you see quoted online through the El Dorado Seaside Suites website are not the prices we have reserved for your stay. The prices on the website are significantly higher. Through our friend's membership, there is the possibility that the price will drop leading up to the wedding. If it does, we will contact you and let you know. The prices you see quoted below will not increase ... but may decrease! 

If you can attend, the next step is to contact our travel agent, Juana, at Karisma Resorts through Lomas Travel. A $100 deposit is required to hold your accommodation leading up to the wedding; the full amount is due 30 days prior to departure. A minimum 4-night stay is required. Our vacation and groups planner will be able to answer any other questions you may have regarding your accommodations. She can be reached at jmoreira@premierguestservices.com or 1-800-466-9552. I would recommend contacting her by phone to most quickly receive a response. Let her know you are booking in reference to Jason and Melissa's wedding. We would ask that you reserve your accommodations and RSVP by the wedding by May 19, 2017. This will help us continue to make plans for the dinner reception and celebration following the ceremony.

We have blocked some rooms to take advantage of an expiring sale; you will be asked to choose one of the two following options for accommodations, below:

1. Oceanfront Infinity Suite - Infinity Pool - $338 CAN per couple per night (second floor or higher of the building with a view of the ocean)

2. Oceanfront Infinity Suite - Swim-out - $392 CAN per couple per night (first floor only, swim-out suite, with the option to swim out to the pool-side bar) 

UPDATE: We have looked into group flight bookings and taken an inventory of needs. Together we have decided that it would likely be easiest, provide the most flexibility and be most cost-effective for everyone to book their flights independently. This will give everyone the autonomy to fly in/out at their convenience from the airport of their choice. In addition, it allows you to use your travel miles/aeroplan miles/airmiles, etc. to facilitate booking. It has been recommended to fly into Cancun Airport. I believe you have the option to fly into Cozumel, but would be required to ferry across to the main land. 

We will be flying with WestJet into Cancun, Mexico from the Ottawa Airport on Friday, December 8, 2017 and coming home on Sunday, December 17, 2017. 

Airport shuttles are available to shuttle you from the airport to the resort. Juana should be of some service in this area upon booking.
