Fourteen years ago when we first began dating, our first trip together was to Disney World! We had a blast but both agreed that although it was fun, we would only go back if we were to have kids to share the joy with (not even knowing if we would even be together). Now fast forward to February 2016, we now have two beautiful children and decided to surprise Elijah with a trip to Disney World; a trip that he had been begging us to go on for several years. We were over the moon with excitement; simply to be able to live vicariously through the kids was absolutely amazing! We were on cloud 9 the entire trip! At one point I even recall thinking to myself, “how can this trip get any better”? We had come full circle and were back to our first trip destination but this time we were with our kids!

Unbeknownst to me, Winston had another surprise up his sleeve. On February 29th 2016, under the fireworks at Disney's Magic Kingdom, Winston got down on one knee and asked me to marry him while Elijah captured the moment with my cell phone! I was shocked, confused and in disbelief but most of all my heart overflowed with joy! This was by far the best vacation EVER!!
