Bride's Family:

Ashley is the proud daughter of both Kenneth and Julie Gillette.  Ken and Julie live in Glyndon, Minnesota, and are successful business owners of Ken's Sanitation and Recycling.  Ken's Sanitation is comprised of both a garbage company in West Fargo, North Dakota, and a recycling center in Moorhead, Minnesota. This was not an easy thing to do in growing this company, but through hard work, Ken actually took a business with one (1) garbage truck that now has over forty (40).  They  haul over 80% of garbage for Fargo/Moorhead and the surrounding geographic area.

Ken and Julie have been married for over 30 years.  Ken is also now enjoying time away from work as he spends part of the year in Las Vegas, Nevada at his retirement home.  Julie loves to ride horses and snowboard when she has the free time.  Ashley is their only daughter of four children.

Ashley has two older brothers and one younger brother -- the former being Jeremy and Cody, and the latter being Kelly.  Each work for Ken's Sanitation, and have done so for quite some time. Cody has three children - Addy, Ireland and Forrest, who are all very close with Journie and Reese.

GROOM'S FAMILY:

Joe is the proud son of both Joe Sr. and Maria Riccio.  Joe Sr. and Maria live in Thousand Oaks, Californa, and are nearing the end of what most would consider stellar careers.  That means that retirement is looming and more time babysitting awaits :) Maria, has worked her way up the ladder in Human Resources at 3M (Minnesota, Mining and Manufacturing) as she now virtually works from home overseeing several 3M plants.  She has been with 3M for close to 30 years. 

Joe Sr. has done it all - from teaching, to Athletic Director, to coaching, to refereeing.  Actually, Joe Sr. is currently auditioning to be an NBDL (National Basketball Development League) official with the hopes of refereeing in the NBA some day.  As of now, Joe Sr. is winding down a gaudy teaching career that started back in the 1980s.  Now, when he is not riding his Harley, he is playing with is grandkids.

Joe Jr. has one sibling, his brother Todd; and, as of June 9, 2012, an awesome sister-in-law, Sara Riccio.  Todd's accumen is in the Southern California real estate market and Sara works in personal banking at Bank of America.  The two are first time homeowners and Ashley and Joe could not be any happier for them.
