We had been talking about rings for a while. Especially since we lived in a conservative country. Having a ring helped a lot and made it look like you were married without question. 

We were traveling to Bahrain in October. A typical trip for brunch and fun with friends. After brunch, we were all feeling amazing and someone we ended up a the Gold Souq. 

Ken guides me in and says , let’s look at rings. Cassie and I are happy to do this and plus I’m not picky at all. Well at least that’s what I thought lol. After about 1 hr, I found it. I was ready to go but the guy insisted that I wait and get my ring immediately. They give us coffee while we wait but I was getting impatient. Mostly because I didn’t want my friends waiting on me. 

Finally, the ring is ready. As I’m sitting there, Ken turns around and gets on one knee! WHAT!!!! And of course I said yes! It was perfect! My friends were there and it was a great surprise.
