It was not unusual for him to want to take a picture with the beautiful scenery. The lake behind us with mountains still covered in snow. He helped me up on a rock to stand on. By the time I got up & situated he already had "You're all I need" by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrill playing on his phone. He was holding a box with a fishing lures & a note that read "now that you're hooked, it's time to reel you in." Naturally I was confused on what was happening. One, I could not see the HUGE ring & two, we had been talking about getting engaged & he said we needed more time to get the "perfect" ring.  Once I saw I was shocked & started to cry. It was the perfect setting for us. 

Here we are getting married exactlty 2 years from when he proposed. I can t WAIT to be Mrs. Givens!!!
