As they continued to spend time together, mudding, watching hockey/football/movies, camping, and traveling they gradually became inseparable. Their situation wasn’t ideal with Ashley living at her parents and Justin at his grandma’s due to the flood. Yet through these obstacles and tragedy they found love in one another. While attending a friend’s wedding in Montana, Justin proposed on a 4 mile hike in west Yellowstone by a waterfall. After saying YES! they hiked back to his truck and sealed it with a beer!

Since the proposal, they have had a busy several months. Ashley was accepted into the nursing program at Sanford in Bismarck. In August, they moved to Bismarck and Justin continues to commute between Tioga and Bismarck for his job at Watco and his love, Ashley. As you know, they are planning a destination wedding in Mexico on June 13 as well as a reception in Minot on August 23 for family and friends. Who would have ever thought these two would have walked down the aisle…a second time. This time though, we’re ditching the yellow bridesmaid dress for a wedding dress and instead of sealing it with a beer…they’ll be celebrating with tequila shots!
