1) Please make note that Azul Fives has several A La Carte restaurants. Most do not require a reservation however, the Italian restaurant (Arezzo) and the Asian restaurant (Koh Thai) do. These 2 restaurants are very popular and it is recommended that you make reservations in a timely manner in order to avoid disappointment.

2) All A La Carte reststaurants have a strict dress code. This means no hats, shorts or jeans for men and no flip flops for both men and women. In other words look GOOD lol 

3) There is an ATM on the resort that dispenses Mexican Pesos. 

4) The resort offers 24-hour room service. Please make sure to take advantage of it =P

5) Playa del Carmen is approx a 10 minutre cab ride away and is about $15USD

6) Bug spray is recommended. Although May is low season for mosquitos they do tend to come out at night. Bug spray may also come in handy when going on excursions that involve going into jungles, caves etc.
