Believe it or not....this started out as one of those forbidden online romances through a website called UDATE. I guess we owe them a HUGE "thanks." It was right before my birthday in December 2003, and Rich sent me a message and asked if I was looking for a workout partner...nice line, huh? :-) We met at Maggie's Pub in the Rockaway Mall on the 23rd. Honestly, I can't say that is was love at first sight for either of us, but I think we both liked the person that we got to know and it blossomed from there. It was a rather slow process for both Rich and I, but that's usually when relationships turn out the best. We took our time and really got to know everything about one another, we had the time to enjoy each other without any pressures and we fell in love slowly. Apparently, we must be on the right track because as you can see, the rest is history...
From 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. will be the Invitation - Arrival Reception.
The actual ceremony will start at 7:00 p.m.
If it's not too cold and it doesn't rain on that day, then we will be having an outdoor ceremony. If the day turns out to be gloomy we won't allow it to bring us down, instead the ceremony will be held indoors...so eveyone is dry, warm and comfortable. I'm sure either way, the ceremony will be beautiful. The party begins following the ceremony! The Atrium has valet parking, so your cars will be taken care of and if you decide to join us at the hotel, shuttle service will available from the hotel to the facility.

THE ATTIRE:
It's a semi-formal wedding so I would say tuxedo, suit or sport coat and slacks would be fine. We would prefer that the jeans, sneakers and sweats be left for another day.
THE MENU:
You'll have to wait and see, but we doubt you'll go home hungry.
Cocktail hour is from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
The reception is from 8:30 - 12:30 p.m.
The Atrium has valet parking, so your cars will be taken care of and if you decide to join us at the hotel, shuttle service will available from the facility back to the hotel, so we hope to see you there. Either way, we hope all our guests arrive at their final destination SAFELY!!!

We blocked 25 rooms total (22 suites with single beds and 3 suites with double beds). Both rooms include a complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet in the morning. The hotel also has 2 room suites (subject to availablity). If booking a room tell them it's for the Zemietra/Riena Wedding. Cut-off on this block is one month prior to the wedding.
