Well, it all began in February of 2009. I (Traci), much to my dismay, had joined a dating website and wanted to see what the hype was all about. A few weeks into my cyber dating experience, i came across a very handsome young man that i decided to email. A few days later i had received a message back telling me that he was in a relationship at the time but would message me should things fall through. Not gonna lie, i was pretty bummed out, as i felt there was something about that man i wanted to get to know. A couple of week went by and i still hadn't heard back from this man, and i couldn't get him out of my head, so, i emailed him again. Another few days passed and to my surprise he responded to tell me that he would be more than willing to meet for coffee as his other dating experience had fallen though. Like i gitty little school girl, i replied and we set up our first coffee date. We met on a rainy, cold spring afternoon. We sat at starbucks for a few hours, and then went our separate ways. I, having had such a great time with this man, texted him later on asking if he would like to go for drinks later that evening. He accepted :). We again, met for drinks that evening, chatted yet again for a couple hours, and here we are today.
Hard to believe that was more than two years ago when we first met, and here wea re planning our wedding. I am so unbelieveably happy and thrilled to be marrying the man i have dreamed of. I feel so lucky and couldn't ask for a better husband. I can't wait..... |
