Our very own waiter will serve us duck carpaccio breast with herbs and a frizze lettuce bouquet with cassis vinaigrette, warm lobster cream with quenel and nuts cognac, Norwegian salmon filet with peach and honey glaze on a bed of fresh asparagus, and for dessert, a tropical fruit mousse with mango coulis.
