Shindana Kristen Neal was born and raised in Los Angeles California. She is a graduate of University California Los Angeles (UCLA) and is currently a broadcast sales executive for Entercom Communications. Shindana enjoys cooking, fine dining, fashion, jazz and art. She has a passion for motivating and assisting those close to her, to achieve their career aspirations in business, education, and personal growth.

William McKinley Monroe, Jr. was born in Los Angeles and raised in Orange County. He is a graduate of Howard University and has a masters degree. Currently he is a manager at Volvo Car USA and resides in Laguna Niguel, CA. William is a car enthusiast who attends weekly cars and coffee events and a long time subscriber of the Robb Report. He also enjoys sports and as expected being from LA, is a die hard Lakers, Raiders and Trojan fan. William is a do it yourself, Mr. fix-it guy who loves to protect his own.
