Prestige Travelers Rewards Program


When you select to book through Prestige & Exotic Travelers Rewards, you agree to the following additional Terms & Conditions:




  • Participants must be gainfully employed or retired, married or living together (for at least a year), between 30 and 70 years of age and traveling together.




  • The referrals must be pre-enrolled into the Prestige Travelers Rewards Program so the Prestige Travelers member can receive the corresponding rewards.




  • All referrals must meet all terms and conditions without exception.




  • To take advantage of this promotion, both spouses must attend and complete a 120 minute guided property tour and presentation of the benefits of the Hotel´s Loyalty Program, Prestige Travelers.




  • Participants must attend the Presentation on their 2nd or 3rd day of their stay.




  • Participants may reserve a minimum of four (4) nights and a maximum of ten (10) nights. Additional nights are available at the Hotel Operator’s published rates.




  • Upon check-in participants will be required to show an official ID and to sign a waiver, agreeing to pay the hotel’s published rate for their stay if they fail to attend the Prestige Travelers sales presentation at the specified time on the designated date.




  • Participants will be required to register with a valid major credit card for all incidentals purchased during their stay.




  • The cost of the vacation may not be absorbed by a third party.




  • The promotion does not apply to pre-existing reservations or friends staying at an Prestige Resort that were not registered prior to their arrival.




  • This vacation offer is a one-time only opportunity per referral. Prestige Travelers members are not allowed to travel through this program.




  • This offer is not valid for guests that have already attended the Prestige Travelers presentation in the last 12 months.




  • This promotion is not valid for participants that have already traveled through this program or the Friends in Paradise Program.




  • This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.





Reminder


All reservations must be paid in full 30-days prior to arrivalin order to expedite the check-in process, avoid additional fees, and assist with finalizing and/or confirming all services arranged through Prestige Travelers Club.


 


In compliance with Mexican regulations, cash payments are no longer accepted in Mexico for resort reservations. This new policy does not affect cash payments for resort services such as spa treatments, tours, specialty dinners or other incidentals charged to your room during your stay.

Please mail in your payment to Premier Guest Services no later than 30 days prior to arrival at the resort. Regular checks may be accepted only if drawn from a U.S. bank payable in U.S. Dollars.

Payment methods accepted at our Concierge Service Center: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit card.


Note: Travelers' checks and cash payments are not accepted.


  


Deposits


A non-refundable deposit and all passengers' names are required in order to process a request for a reservation. A reservation will not be considered valid until the deposit of $100 per room for any hotel reservation is paid. This is regardless of the number of nights and/or rooms requested. If your reservation is booked within 30 days prior to travel date, the total cost of the reservation must be paid at the moment of booking.

Payment and Cancelation Policy


Non-Refundable Deposit




  • $100.00 deposit is non refundable at time of the reservation.




  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.




  • 8-9 days prior to arrival = the non-refundable deposit of $300.00 + 1 night stay per room penalty.




  • 0-7 days prior to arrival = the non-refundable deposit of $300.00 + 2 nights stay per room penalty.




No Show 100% penalty


*A "No Show" or cancelation during a holiday week including but NOT LIMITED to President's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter will result in the penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation (100% penalty).


 


Deposit Protection


If you booked using The Prestige Travelers Rewards Program (See additional information pertaining to Rewards conditions), the $59 protection plan is included at no cost


 This annual fee covers reservations made within the calendar year the initial reservation was booked. While the deposit is not refundable, the Deposit Protection Plan will allow you to transfer your deposit within six months of the cancelation date of the original reservation to which the Deposit Protection was applied. Be worry-free and have peace of mind.
