We are going through a travel agent, Four Moons Travel. They will be booking everyone's rooms, you cannot book on your own if you plan to attend the ceremony ~ this keeps everyone together and keeps discounts available for everyone. There is a 3 night minimum at the resort ~ so if you plan on attending you must stay at least 3 nights to however long you wish.  

When booking your rooom, you don't need to pay fully upfront. However, payment is due no later than 3 months prior to the ceremony.

Flights will not be available to view/purchase until this fall. The travel agent cannot get any discounts with flights so you may book your own flight or go through Four Moons if you prefer.

The airport is 20 minutes from the resort and a shuttle will be able to pick everyone up. 

Us Berky's (Seth, Emily and Nora) will be flying out on 10/31 and will staying for a week, checking out the following Wednesday, just FYI.
