We will be holding a second ceremony to Share our marriage with all our family and friends in a more centralized location. This will be considered a "wedding" and we ask all our guests to treat it as such. Following will be a reception to celebrate with all our family and friends! Both will be held in The Great Hall at the Memorial Union in Madison, WI. Sarah and Kevin met in Madison and have enjoyed many times at the Union and on the Terrace together. This is even where our proposal occured. It seemed like the perfect place!

Due to space constraints, the ceremony & reception will be by invitation only. Formal invitations will go out September 2013.

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm, with cocktails and dinner immediately following.

Getting to Memorial Union:

Take I-90 or US 151 to Hwy 12/18.
Exit Hwy 12/18 at Park Street (Exit 261 B).
Proceed north on Park Street about 3 miles to Langdon Street, turn right.
Lot 1 is located adjacent to the Memorial Union and the Armory (Red Gym).  Enter on Langdon St. 

Parking:

Parking is not available on-site at Memorial Union. Local parking options include:

1) The Dahlman Campus Inn (Rooms Blocked) is located 1.5 Blocks away from the Memorial Union and easily walkable for a hassle-free evening
2) The DoubleTree Inn (Rooms Blocked) will have shuttle service available until at least 10:30pm and potentially later at the request of guests
3) If you would like handicapped parking, please let Sarah and Kevin know ahead of time and we can arrange for spaces at the Union. We will need to request special passes from UW Transportation Services
4) Metered Parking is available at Helen C. White (Lot 6) and the Lake Street Public Parking Ramp, both within 1 blocks distance to Memorial Union
