Jamie and I have been together for almost 5 years.  We have definitely had our ups and downs, thats for sure, but we came through it together and we are both better people for having those experiences.  I could not imagine a better man or father for me to be with.  Jamie has a son, Harley, who is the light of our lives!  He truly makes everything better when he's around.  We miss him dearly when he's gone but he is one lucky little boy to have so many people that love him!!

Jamie and I got engaged in September 2010.  We took a trip to Colorado for my 30th birthday to visit his family.  He proposed to me while we were up in the mountains of Estes Park.  It was a beautiful day!

Jamie and I will be getting married on 9.10.2011, we will be having a small ceremony in Des Moines. We also will be having a romantic and intimate ceremony on the beach in Riviera Maya. We will be spending our honeymoon at the resort El Dorado Seaside Suites, complete with pampering at the spa, candlelight dinner on the beach and an ocean front jacuzzi suite!  We are so excited to start the next chapter of our lives together in such a beautiful and romantic place!

We have decided to have a reception after we return from our honeymoon, so that all of our family and friends will be able to celebrate our special day with us. We are looking forward to good times with all of the very special people in our lives!
