Nick and I met while working at Franky and Louie's during the summer. We stayed friends for a couple of years.....then everything changed.

I had just graduated college in 2009 and decided to go back to the lake for one last summer before getting a "big kid job". Nick still had a few years at college so he was home for the summer working. Most of you know we started out as a "summer fling" - we didn't want to get into anything serious since I was moving to KC after the summer and he was going back to school in the fall. So we hung out all summer and had a great time.  Then September came and Nick went back to school and I moved to KC. We decided we would just see where it went from there...... I am  happy to say that this has been the longest "summer fling" ever! It has been 4 wonderful years and I can not wait to marry the man of my dreams and share that special day with all of you!

Originally we wanted a destination wedding.... when we decided that just wasn't feasible we decided to have it in our hometown, the Lake of the Ozarks! We toured many locations including wineries and golf courses and the one we both fell in love with was Porto Cima Yacht Club. We have decided on a very casual ceremony overlooking the lake and hopefully it won't be to hot this June! We can not wait to become Mr. & Mrs. and share it with all of you!

The reception will follow the ceremony at the Yacht Club and will include dinner, drinks and dancing into the wee hours of the night! We hope you all can join us to celebrate as it will be a good time for all!

Nick and I would like to thank all of our wonderful friends and family for all of your love and support over the years and especially during this crazy wedding planning process!! I couldn't have done it without the help of my wonderful maid of honor and bridesmaids (who have kept me sane through this planning process).
